JFF Publications, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "J4F") has established these Terms of Use, Provisions, and Conditions (which also incorporate by reference, without limitation, Our Privacy Policy, Subpoena Compliance Policy, and DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy) (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Terms of Use" or "TOU") to govern Your use of this Site and all affiliated sites and every mobile version hereof or thereof (collectively, "Site," this "Site," "the Site," or the "Service") whether or not You are a registered Subscriber of this Site.

J4F reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these TOU, and to notify You of such changes by modifying the "Last Revised" date at the top of this TOU. You acknowledge that it is Your responsibility to review the "Last Revised" date to determine if any changes have been made since Your last review of this TOU. By accessing and continuing to use the Site after the change to this TOU, You thereby manifest Your agreement to any changes hereto. If You do not agree with such changes, You must notify us by cancelling Your subscription, and exiting the Site.

Publishers

"Publishers" have registered with J4F and have been granted authority to use the Service to publish photographs and videos, artwork, and files and to use other services and features associated with a Publisher account. Publishers are required to separately register, and provide specific information required by J4F. J4F reserves the right to require agreement to additional terms and provisions by Publishers before acceptance.

Publishers are not agents or employees of J4F and J4F has absolutely no relationship with said Publishers other than providing a platform for them to self-publish and collect subscription fees. A Subscriber's correspondence and/or dealings (business or otherwise) with the Publishers found on or through this Site are solely between the Subscriber and such Publisher. J4F shall not be responsible or liable for loss or damage of any sort whatsoever incurred by You or any third party as the result of such dealings or as the result of the advertisements placed on the Site.

Void Where Prohibited

Portions of this Site are fee or subscription based. Subscription in the Service and use of this Site is void where prohibited. Subscribers accessing the site from Sweden are prohibited from viewing live cam shows and from ordering custom videos.

Information Related to Minors

Minors under 18 are not permitted to access this website. By accessing the website, you declare under penalty of perjury that you are 18 or older. Additionally, if your IP address indicates you are attempting to access this site from certain states that require it, you will need to complete additional age-verification steps.

J4F will not allow the publishing of any information relating to individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years. J4F will not knowingly collect information, personal or otherwise, from individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years.

Registration & Account Security

In consideration of Your use of this Site, You agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about You as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site ("Registration Information"); (b) maintain the security of Your password and account credentials; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Information, and any other information You provide to J4F, to keep it accurate, current, and complete; and (d) be fully responsible for all use of Your account and for any actions that take place using Your account.

Account credentials may not be used by more than one Subscriber. In the event a Subscriber is found to have shared account credentials with another person, the Subscriber's account may be terminated for breach of this Agreement. J4F reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your access to this Site at any time for any violation of these TOU.

Payment Methods

Payment for the services and products, if any, purchased on this Site may be made by credit card or any payment set forth on our payment page. Billing may be performed by a third-party payment processor. For credit card payments, you will be required to provide us with the exact billing address and telephone number that Your credit card issuer has on file for You.

You authorize us and our agents to transact payments on Your behalf. In the event of recurring payments, You have authorized us to automatically renew Your fee payments on a continuing basis and to charge Your credit card (or other payment means) on an ongoing basis unless and until You notify us that You wish to cancel such recurring payments.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the content you have subscribed to, please inform the content creator. If there is a technical error on the site, we will work with you to resolve it.

Manner of Conduct

You understand that except for the specific subscription programs offered by J4F on this Site, this Site is available for Your personal, non-commercial, and educational use only. You may not mirror any materials contained on this Site without prior written permission of J4F. You may not use any robot, spider, or other automatic device or manual process to screen scrape, monitor, mine, or copy any of the web pages of this Site, any advertisements, any profiles, or any content hereon.

Because the harm caused by violations of this section are not easily measured, You agree to pay a liquidated damages fee of $25,000 if You violate this term. The parties agree that this liquidated damages provision is not a penalty, but is instead an attempt to reasonably anticipate the amount of actual damages that might be sustained by J4F in the event of a breach of this provision.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

THESE TERMS OF USE, PROVISIONS AND CONDITIONS AND YOUR AGREEMENT WITH J4F SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS PROVISIONS. YOU AGREE TO BE SUBJECT TO SUCH LAWS AND THAT VENUE IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING COMMENCED PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL LIE IN FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA, AND YOU IRREVOCABLY CONSENT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS SITTING IN SUCH VENUE.

Indemnity

You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless J4F and its affiliates and their respective shareholders, directors, attorneys, members, managers, officers, employees and agents and their respective successors and/or assigns from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, suits, damages, judgments, fines, penalties, violations, actions, causes of action, proceedings, demands, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, and disbursements) (collectively, "Claims"), arising out of, resulting from, or in connection with, Your use of this Site and/or any third party Sites and/or Your use of the products or services, if any, obtained through Your use of the Site.

Disclaimer

This Site and its contents, and the links to third-party sites and their contents, are provided on a strictly "as-is" and "as-available" basis and without warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied.

Some publishers who communicate with subscribers through chat functions, email, or other means, may use agents, representatives, or artificial intelligence to communicate or otherwise interact with subscribers on their behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J4F specifically disclaims all representations and warranties, express, implied, or otherwise, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and implied warranties from course of dealing or performance and any warranties as to results that may be obtained through use of this Site or third-party sites.

Additional Terms

• Select members are allowed to make "model referrals," signing up new models to the system via a special link we provide. They will earn 5% of a model's net earnings (on subscriptions only) for at least one year.
• Items for sale in our store can be used, with the exception of undergarments. These must be sold as NEW. Selling used undergarments violates US Health codes.
• No items may be sold in the store that suggest any kind of sexual favors being exchanged for money.
• Affiliates may use IFRAMES to advertise the website. Performers can choose to be included or excluded in these IFRAMES on their Settings page.
• All complaints are addressed and resolved within five (5) days.

If J4F experiences a breach of personal information, it will notify you by e-mail within seventy-two hours.

When you open a Publisher Account you agree to the Terms of Use and these Publishing Rules. All Publisher uploaded content, including live-streamed or real-time content, must be consistent with the provisions of these Publishing Rules, the site's Terms of Use, and any internal publishing standards (collectively hereinafter "Publishing Policies").

Any content that does not comply with such Publishing Policies will be removed. If content, including live-streamed or real-time content, is published that suggests or promotes violation of any law or regulation, the Publisher's account will be terminated, and the individual will be banned from opening new accounts.

License Granted to the Platform

By streaming or uploading any content to the Site you are granting to the Site a fully paid, worldwide, irrevocable license to use and distribute such content through the Site. By uploading and/or streaming any content in any form through the Site you are requesting and directing us to make such content available to other users and viewers of the Site.

Key Restrictions

• No Publisher shall link to or from any advertisement to any website, web page, post, blog, writing, or media of any type that suggests the Publisher will engage in any illegal activity.
• You may not use this Site to Request or send money, or any other form of financial assistance, from or to any Subscriber that You communicate with on this Site, except in connection with Subscription or Store sales.
• You may not remove all/most of your content while you still have subscribers, as this will lead to chargebacks.

Age Verification / Section 2257 Compliance

ALL PERSONS DEPICTED IN THE IMAGES OR VIDEO THAT YOU STREAM AND/OR UPLOAD TO THE SITE MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE WHEN THE DEPICTION WAS CREATED.

You understand and agree that the Site acts as an online third-party publishing forum, therefore, should You determine that Your uploaded content contains actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, then it is solely Your obligation to ensure that Your uploaded content is compliant with all requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 & 2257A et seq. and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.1 et seq., as amended ("Section 2257"), as well as other applicable federal, state, local, and/or foreign laws.

User Content

Subject to these terms of use, provisions and conditions, users may post photographs, images, graphics, comments, identifying information, video, and other content ("User Content") to this Site. When placing User Content on this Site, You are reminded that other users of this Site will have full access to all such content and that all such postings are non-confidential.

No Agency/Employment Relationship

Your use of this Site and the content hereof and/or any third party site and the content thereof, and the provision of any information while using this Site or any third party site shall not create and/or constitute any business, joint venture, or other relationship between You and J4F. J4F does not undertake any duty to supervise any Publisher's content or activity through the Site at any time.

Publishers must pay all taxes, fees, or regulatory costs required as a result of any activity related to their involvement with the Site.

JFF Publications, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "J4F") is committed to protecting the privacy of its Subscribers and Publishers. Our Privacy Policy and other laws regulate the release of customer or account information.

Submitting a Subpoena

If you are seeking the identity or account information of a J4F Subscriber or Publisher in connection with a civil matter (or criminal matter if you are a member of the law enforcement community) you may fax, email, mail, or serve us with a valid subpoena to:

We reserve the right to request a copy of the complaint and any supporting documentation that demonstrates how the information requested is related to the pending litigation and the underlying subpoena.

Response Time and Notification

Upon the receipt of a valid civil subpoena, we will promptly notify the Subscriber or Publisher whose information is sought via e-mail or U.S. mail. The Subscriber or Publisher will then have 14 business days to take further action. Unless extraordinary circumstances dictate otherwise, we will not immediately produce the customer information sought by the subpoena.

Fees for Compliance

J4F's subpoena compliance fees are as follows:

• Technical Research - $150.00/hour
• Mailing costs - as billed
• Material Costs such as Discs, Hard drives, etc. - actual cost

Production of Stored Communications

We will not release the content of a Subscriber or Publisher's stored communications, messages, etc., except in rare circumstances and only in accordance with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and applicable law including the Stored Wire and Electronic Communications Act 18 U.S.C.§ 2701 et seq. In appropriate circumstances we may release identifying information and non-content account information according to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Compliant Content

Records required for all depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct by Title 18 U.S.C. §§2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. §75, et seq., are on file with the appropriate Records Custodian and will be produced at the address listed below.

Exemption Statement - Content Produced by Operators

With regard to any visual depictions appearing on this website, for which the operators of this website may be considered "producers," such depictions are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. §§2257, 2257A and 28 C.F.R. 75 because:

• They do not portray actual sexually explicit conduct as specifically defined in 18 U.S.C §2256 (2) (A)(i)-(iv);
• They do not portray depictions of the genitals or pubic area created after July 27, 2006;
• They do not portray simulated sexually explicit activity created after the effective date of Title 18 U.S.C. §2257A; or,
• They were created prior to July 3, 1995.

Exemption Statement - Content Produced by Third Parties

The operators of this website are not the "producers" of any depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing thereon. Instead, the activities of the operators of this website, with respect to such content, are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of depictions posted by third party users, on areas of the website under the users' control. The operators are thus exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping or labeling obligations pursuant to 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4).

Take Down Procedure

All people in your content must be over the age of 18 and consenting to be published on JustFor.Fans and their age and proof of consent must be documented using our consent center. This includes anyone standing in the background, blurred out, obscured, or speaking off-camera.

Prohibited Content List

Your content cannot contain any of the following. Even if you deliver content off of this site, JFF cannot accept payment for any content that breaks the rules below.

• No animal sexual activity - There cannot be any sexual activity or inappropriate conduct with real animals. Please make sure there are no animals present in any of your adult content.
• No asphyxiation or breath play
• No blood, real or simulated. No broken skin. Skin reddening is okay.
• No branding or burning the skin
• No cannibalism
• No consumption of drugs or alcohol - Smoking is permitted, as long as it is assuredly tobacco.
• No insect/animal crushing including any invertebrates - food/inanimate objects may be crushed.
• No hate speech or inciting violence
• No horror/snuff - You cannot act out someone being killed or maimed.
• No incest - Roleplay is fine, but the people in the videos must not be actually related by blood or marriage.
• No consensual-non-consent or "rape play," including: No kidnapping or abduction play. No hypnosis.
• No menstrual blood during intercourse - Menstruation on its own is fine.
• No necrophilia - You cannot have sex with or pretend to have sex with dead people.
• No needle play or stapling
• No peeing on other people, no piss drinking
• No scat (feces) - There cannot be any feces or simulated feces in any clips, videos, or images.
• Diaper content is allowed as long as it does not depict any fecal matter.
• No sleeping or unconscious people
• No underage content, real or simulated: No talk of underage sex or encouragement of it.
• No weapons, including the use of a knife as a prop or play instrument
• No public videos where there are people present who are visible and have not signed a consent form.
• No vandalism, or instructing, encouraging, or promoting others to engage in vandalism

Artists

If you have questions about your content, please submit your artwork and our team will work with our banking partners to assess whether or not your content can be on the site.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• All of the prohibited content identified above is prohibited even if produced through AI.
• Consent, identity, and proof of age must be established if the AI images are based on a real person's likeness.
• Deepfakes are permissible if consent has been established. For example, you can use your own face to create images of yourself or a model who has granted consent to use their face.
• For the avoidance of doubt, if content includes an image or strong likeness to an actual person and that person has not provided consent for the use of their image/likeness including, but not limited to, the creation of deepfake content is not permitted.

Banned Words

The following banned words or terms cannot appear anywhere visible on the site, including in: posts, biographies, product names/descriptions or private messages.

Non-Solicitation Policy

No Publisher shall link any ad to any website, web page, post, blog, writing, or media of any type that suggests the Publisher will engage in any illegal activity. Publishers further agree not to post, upload, publish or disseminate any media or communication on any third-party site, service, network, or platform that suggests that Publisher is willing to engage in any illegal activity. You may not use this Site to Request or send money, or any other form of financial assistance, from or to any Subscriber who You communicate with on this Site, except in connection with Subscription or Store sales.

No items may be sold in the store that suggest any kind of sexual favors being exchanged for money.

Human Trafficking

JFF explicitly prohibits content in which a model is acting under duress.

JFF reports to law enforcement any activity that suggests a publisher or subscriber is engaging in or attempting to engage in human trafficking.

JFF fully cooperates with law enforcement investigations and responds to lawfully issued warrants and subpoenas.

Terms of Use Violations

Terms of Use Violations should be reported by flagging the content. The flag feature allows streamlined complaints for the following categories:

• I am not interested in this post / video
• Underage model
• Filmed/published without consent
• Vulgar/Hateful/Offensive
• Piracy
• Technical Issue
• Prohibited Content
• Other (non-Consent related, please specify)

Copyright Complaints

Copyright complaints should be made pursuant to JFF's DMCA Policy.

Other Complaints

Other complaints can be submitted to [email protected]. When submitting a complaint, you must identify the precise content by providing a link or JFF may not be able to process the complaint.

Consent Disputes

Any individual appearing in content may request removal by submitting a consent dispute. Upon receipt of a claim, the content will be disabled while the claim is reviewed. If the merchant determines the claim is invalid, the claimant may appeal the decision by submitting additional documentation.

Content Removal

JFF will immediately remove reported content reasonably suspected to violate applicable law, involve minors, or be non-consensual and will continue to disable such material while an investigation is conducted.

Response Time

JFF responds to all complaints within five (5) business days.
